o Generic Wines - Most often than not, generic wines are not existing in European countries. However, for other countries throughout the world, generic wines can be found and are abundant. These varieties of wines are not actually the real thing, and are only generic. For instance, generic wines named champagne aren't really champagne, that's because actual champagne can only be produced in the champagne area of France.
